A couple mouths before,the market share of Sony Ericsson mobile phone was shrinking.But something has been changed in management level to turn market share around. Bert Nordberg, current Executive Vice President of the Ericsson Group and Head of Ericsson Silicon Valley,will become the Co-President of Sony Ericsson on 1st September,working with Hideki Komiyama, current Sony Ericsson President,and his senior team,to transit the management smoothly.Some days after Nordberg will replace Komiyama’s positon on 15 October,who will retire from the company at the end of the year.

Besides,managemnt level chang goes on. Chairman, CEO and President, Sony Corporation, Sir Howard Stringer, will become Chairman of the Board of Sony Ericsson on 15 October,with a member of the Board of Sony Ericsson. Mr. Stringer will replace Carl-Henric Svanberg’s President & CEO of Ericsson,as Chairman of the Board of Sony Ericsson.
